Have been mainly streak saving the last few days, although I did discover a new facebook group that had a monthly challenge on it.
This month is a bit of fun.
You have to row with the monitor covered and try to get as close to 2000m as possible.
Set monitor to 'Just row' and off you go. When you think you are done, let the flywheel coast to a stop and then check your score.
I tried counting strokes and managed 1907m.
Room for improvement and made the warmup slightly more interesting than normal.

Good idea to adapt the plan to you own needs and time constraints Muttley 👍

I spotted that challenge the other day Sinj, think the closest so far is 1988m which is quite impressive.

6k today which is the minimum distance required for the April Fool challenge... guess that'll be the shortest row I'll be doing for the next 9 days then 🥴

First row today for nearly a month. Still not firing on all cylinders, so a gentle 3K was more than enough but it was good to get moving again. :-)

I liked the look of the April Fool challenge but I've missed the boat on that one. Might have a go at the 2000m challenge though.

Well done CW and I'm glad you're feeling well enough to start rowing again, take it easy!

7k for day 7 today, it was very warm even outdoors, might have to start using the fan again!

Glad you're up and about again CW.

Forgot to set my alarm this morning so I did a rushed 8km to save the streak and that was that. I had the fan on in the shed while I did it Craggy.

Welcome back CW!

2 x 20 mins here, at notional 10k and half mara paces. Pleasant mid-range work and since it's quite warm here, enough to produce a proper sweat.

Well done Nellers I bet the shed feels like a sauna at the moment!

Good workout Muttley!

An easy paced 8k this evening. We're on leave this week we so spent the day tidying the garden, with a couple of refreshment (beer) breaks.
I probably should have rowed this morning 🤢

It's amazing how quickly temperatures turn around. It's only a week or so ago that I was doing the morning sessions in long tights and thermals with my hat on. Today: shorts and a vest with the fan on. not terrible this morning but this evening I did a turbotrainer session and it was 25c when I started. It was a 3 fan ride!

That sounds like a nice workout Muttley. Well done.

It was only about 18-20 degrees here but feels much warmer because we aren't acclimatised to it, and I've got a nice pink tan today, and tight hammy's after all that gardening .

Oops yesterdays row uploaded twice, probably Garmin and ergdata. Deleted one now so League metres should update at some point.
