Its a marathon not a snickers, Muttley. Well done yesterday.

I've done an easy 10k this morning. That'll do for now.

Planning a turbotrainer bike sesh later on, and some ab work. I've got a bit bored and although I'm WFH rather than just staying at home, I've still got more time and opportunity for bits and pieces through the day.

I'm either going to come out of this fighting fit or injured and exhausted!

Me too 🥴

Well done on the CTC Sinj that's a really good effort, hoping to have a go myself later in the month.

7k tonight, I actually sat down to do 5k but time flew by so I was pleased I'd set up "just row" rather than 5k 👍

Well done on the Streak Saver, Sinj.

10k this morning at easy pace but got a royal flush on the splits (2:13.9, 2:13.7, 2:13.5,, 2:13.2, 2:12.1) which is kind of pleasing in a geeky sort of way.

Must go. I'm meant to be working. ;-)

Craggy, I like those "feels so good I'll keep going" rows, when they appear :-)

And nice going to keep on the streak, Sinj!

I'm (loosely) following the Fletcher marathon plan. Not to do a marathon but because I have time on my hands, being a homeworker anyway and even more socially distanced now than usual.

Today's sesh was 3 x 15 minutes with 6 mins at notional 5k pace and 9 mins at notional marathon pace. Each rep came in at 3,323 metres exactly -- howzat for precision erging?

I've stsrted following Pete's beginner plan linked from the wiki - only 2 sessions in but enjoying so far and I like the look of it.

It was 6x500m today with 2min rest between. Pete's plan says the rest is whatever you like but to do at least some very easy rowing within it. During my rest periods I covered another 1500m or so. I can see how the concept2 log book records this so that all the information is clear. I wondered, though, how you all log this within fetch? I used the autoimport feature but it only brought in the 3000m of effort and the total time for the 'on' intervals, making it look as if I did speeds way faster than my ability. I've now deleted that entry and done a manual export/import of the tcx file. Is that the way it should be done?
