Ah. Of course.

Back maintenance permitting I’m still keen to eventually give it a go, but I don’t think “project 2025” has quite the positive connotations we’re after these days.

Mrs Nellers has decided to give rowing another go so I searched out Mr Rowalong's beginners series "Zero to hero" and set her up going in the shed.

She was back indoors about 3 minutes later. He's just too bloody cheerful and enthusiastic and she can't stand him! She finished up just doing a steady 3k but at least she's going.

If she thinks he's too cheerful, I don't think she'd get on with Shane or Austin. 'HEY! YOU'RE AWESOME!! I'M AWESOME!! WE'RE ALL AWESOME!!!'

I might see if she wants to try Austin and video the results. I think you’d hear the explosion from there McG!😂😂

I've always thought Mr RowAlong to be particularly laid back. I find the US coaches named above much too Tiggerish for my tastes. Takes all sorts I guess ... :-)

Mr RowAlong is a fine balance of “encouraging” and “informative”

I agree but it seems that we’ve managed to stay together all these years because Mrs Nellers thrives on misery.🤷🏼‍♂️

The steady roll towards the next disaster continues. ;-)

3 x 12 minutes today got me over 8k for the first time in far too long! It's all feeling good at the minute so I'm just going to keep edging things forward and see where we get.
