Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,

Good Luck SallyKate sounds challenging

I've been forced back on the torture machine by injury, actually enjoyed it today (10K) but doing fairly easy aerobic HR range

Thanks BB - I'm hoping it'll just get me back in the habit of using it as more than a big clothes dump!

Hope your injury allows you back to running soon. I might do an easy 10K at the weekend instead of a shorter one.

Good luck SK.
I have been using it more regularly over the last few months due to achilles problems when running.
There is a competition run by FM Open at the moment where you can win your own C2. It is over 10 weeks and has introduced a whole new range of training.
I also enter the C2CTC each month for a Tribesports team.

I am beginning to enjoy rowing more than I thought I would....

:-) it's a great piece of kit, my model C from 2003 is still going strong - will probably upgrade the performance monitor at some point.

5000m with rate changes today.

We've a model D from a year or so ago.

Feeling fatigued after yesterday's 45 mins including 7 x 20s flat out, with full recovery between. Really enjoyed it :)

Did a 15, 10, 5 minutes with 2mins rest yesterday.
4 minutes in and we had to leave the gym due to a fire alarm so had to start again.

A nice short one today: 20 mins steady.

BanjoBax & sinj999 both those sound good for a longer session.

Sounds a tough session sinj

I'm slow too EP, mainly looking at easy aerobic HR sessions to make up for not being able to run.

Giving legs a rest today as feel heavy need them fresh for tomorrows dry ski lesson, hopefully get at least one session in at weekend

Got something to say?
