Gobi, makes sense, lol. I did have high aerobic shortage at some point in November but been doing quite a bit of that recently.

Re suggestions, yes my understanding was smart suggestions came in with the 255/ 955. I expect it didn't roll down to the x45 series but I believe it did end up on some other watches.

When I add a race in the app, it automatically appears in the race widget on my watch.

I guess that explains why you're suggestions are odd.

When I got my 6 Pro last July I almost got the 7 but couldn't justify the extra cost

next time I need a new watch or if I get a HUGE amount of spare money to spend on random unnecessary stuff I will get the best newest shiniest one!

I got the 745 in November 2020. If I had to buy a watch now, I'd take the 255 - almost the same price but several extra useful features such as the race widget and HRV measurement. Before that, I bought the 630 in 2016 so maybe in 2024, I'll consider the 255.

The 735 was a huge improvement on everything I've had before when I got it in 2019, but the 255 is in a different league. Not that I actually need more information than I get from my 35.

For me...

BB was at 90 now down to 44 after my morning run and housework.
Sleep Score 74 not as good as usual.

RHR OK 46

Today's training suggestion was "Anaerobic 3x4x0.4@6:35/mi 1:10:00" which was never going to happen! 🤣

My watch has just come up with a message to take time to relax and do some breathing exercises

Much as usual, including that 48 minutes at 10.20mm. It's been giving me lower sleep scores this week even though for the first time in weeks I've been sleeping right through or falling asleep again within minutes if I wake in the small hours. I'm currently even less willing than usual to believe what I'm told instead of trusting my own experience.

Same here, V’rap think I’ve only had one rough night this week but according to watch my sleep has been poor or fair.

I have a slightly different message after today’s run
Instead of the usual high aerobic shortage it says ‘your training load focus is skewed towards low aerobic intensity. Strive for balance between low and high intensity activities for greater training benefits’

See what it says next week as my plan has me starting a Koop-style interval block.

Today’s suggestion though, was a 1 hr 55 minute (ffs! What’s wrong with 2 hours?) long run - at a pace I think is not slow enough for long run pace.

About This Thread

Maintained by EvilPixie
According to my Garmin this morning my body battery was at just 41 and I was "strained"
I have been strained for most days in the last 2 weeks
My body battery has also been low

So today it suggested a threshold run of up to an hour!

What's your Garmin say?
