Yorkshire Mince Pie
This morning it thought I was strained after a couple of days of alcohol induced low hrv, but after a bike ride it has gone back to productive.

Mine's very happy with my overall condition though it may punish me tomorrow for two non-running days.

I got a suggestion of 15s sprints at 7:55 pace for Christmas day

I ignored it

I got 40s sprints at 6.40mm pace for today. I could probably have had a stab at it. Maybe next time it comes round.

Probably isn't, Pix. As I recall, you're faster than me at sprint distances.

Peaking. Which apparently means “finally felt well enough to drag my sorry 🫏 out for 2km and spent nearly as long coughing up phlegm afterwards as I did running”. I’ll be at parkrun tomorrow as planned… volunteering…

Poor sleep
Recovery delayed my high stress before bed then delayed due to poor sleep

BB only 45
HRV low overnight and now unbalanced

Suggests a VO2 max session!

mine is getting fed up with me not quite doing the length of 'long run' it suggests and doing a little more for it's shorter 'base' runs and has decided to give me three 'long' runs of an hour or so each this week

I can cope with that :)

About This Thread

Maintained by EvilPixie
According to my Garmin this morning my body battery was at just 41 and I was "strained"
I have been strained for most days in the last 2 weeks
My body battery has also been low

So today it suggested a threshold run of up to an hour!

What's your Garmin say?
