Nice one, EP. I hope you had a good run My Garmin keeps telling me to rest but I keep ignoring it - three days in a row. Apparently, I am productive but my training is not ideal because of anaerobic shortage so it keeps telling me to do more high intensity workouts despite the recommendation to rest. It doesn't really make sense overall... I just go by feeling on the day and I keep an eye on the overall weekly load so that it remains manageable. |

My Garmin has a new mantra. 23 minutes Recovery at 11.45mm. The pace is credible, the distance would mess with my head.

My bloody watch turned autodetect back on for max hr - I keep turning it off as the stupid thing think my max is 192 - I'm fairly sure it's not. No wonder it keeps wanting me to run harder than what feels like the right zone bah! oddly back to productive though 🤷♀️ |

My Garmin is definitely odd. Today's suggestion was for a base run of 45 minutes at 10:25/mi pace. I ignored that and went out for my usual Friday morning walk and did my weight training session this afternoon. Garmin is now also saying my training is 'productive'. After weeks of saying it was 'maintaining'! 🤷

That's a new one! "Training readiness poor, time to slow down" sleep poor, hrv unbalanced nothing else off and I better generally the last few days than for ages. Productive load, but high aerobic shortage - as per. suggests a rest day and 9 hours sleep tonight. |
