I'll be delighted if I can get back into "no man's land". I last ran 25:00 in January and have been nowhere near since then.

My 25:00 was at Maryport. My last 24:XX was at the back end of last year. Reckon a step up in mileage will get me back there.

22.10 for me today. A parkrun after 5 days of no asthma meds. Hopefully I won't need them again but I will be carrying a reliever just in case. Quite pleased with that and as always I hope to improve on it but 🤷♂️🤷♂️

I'm back! 23:53 at Lowestoft Parkrun this morning 81 / 358 finishers. It's flat, fast and pretty much a proper 5K too |

Great Parkrun isn't it? Not a typical run round a park but a well organised burn-up by the sea. Loads of good runners too
