23:40 on my leg of the local Ekiden, might get a few extra seconds back on the chip time. Can't do parkrun again until Sept so will be a while before i try again. |

Just as a point of information, this isn't a no-man's land. According to Fetch's table of all the data for 5 kms, fetcheveryone.com/league-percentages.php people in this range span from 17% to 58% (presumably for races only) which is 32%of race times. In other words, only 16% run quicker, and only 100-58=32 % run slower
