I actually started making treadmill scenery videos because I thought the existing ones at the time (2020 just before Covid) were rubbish. Ironically I haven't used a treadmill since then and so have no idea what it's like to run to my videos!
Let me know if you try running to scenery on a treadmill Qwerty!
So I've already filmed 6 of the 9 videos for a 9-week programme. I started filming for the NHS plan but x kindly gave me a copy of her plan, which is better so I'm using that now instead.
I published the first video for week 1 today, you can see it below. What do you think? I've added music to the video for week 2, but that's because it was really windy and the audio is terrible (I filmed week 2 at Cheddar Reservoir).
Here's fo the video for week 2 (this was from week 1 of the NHS plan, I decided to make it week 2 in my version). This is the only one I put music to because the audio was practically unusable - it was so windy I found it hard to stay in a straight line!
It's not for me specifically. I make treadmill running scenery videos and plan to film a couch to 5k series. I don't want it to be longer than 6 weeks because I have to film it all. I want it to be easy for beginners to follow and not too intense. Does anyone know any good plans I could film? Thank you.
