Had another crack at level 3 this evening. Everything felt hard again! Perhaps it was the excitement of a new level that got me through last week relatively unscathed. Still can't really do superman, but I'll persevere ;-)

I'm back shredding. Going to try doing it on non run days. Yesterdays 4 mile run was interesting after 2 days shredding.

Can guys join in :-) I'm on day 3 of the Level 1 shred - Have to say the hardest thing so far is the press ups for me but even after day 3 I've noticed I can keep doing them for the full time on the first set and only one short break on the second. Plan is to do the full 30 days in a row, before I head off to Florida with the six pack :-)

Having read back I'm not looking forward to moving to level 2 though!

Good work Tizer, stick with it, it definitely toned me up.

Played havoc with my knees mind...

Well, I've stuck with the Shred on find myself on Level 3 already. Seems like a bit of a jump to be fair although I was probably the same moving from Levels 1 to 2. Still cant do the full sit ups without someone holding my feet but getting better at it for sure. Definitely feel like its made some difference already. What do folk tend to do after the 30 days are up. Is there a follow on to this?

Gillian has done a number of other DVD's you won't be surprised to hear, and people do those on a rotation basis I think.

I'm going to start doing the core sections I think, thats my current weakness.

Jillian is a complete industry.

Try Killer Buns and Thighs or Ripped in Thirty or any of her other bizarrely named but effective workouts.
