I was good and didn't have any wine, and have been even better and used my random late start at work to have a run and get the shred out of the way nice and early medal

I did level 1 & 2 last night as I wanted a longer workout. Despite doing some of the modified moves for level 2 I can barely walk today!

I know, I wanted more than 20 minutes but now I know why each session is ONLY 20 minutes!! Think I'll stick to a run today!

Day 8 of L1 last night - upped my weights from 1kg to 1.5kg. The only set I didn't use them for was the side lunges the first time round. Trying not to remember what was put in Level 2 - horrible skaters spring to mind

lol at all the kids' comments.

See I thought the skaters were really easy - most of the cardio is fine for me tbh, except for those involving upper body eg squat thrusts, mountain climbers etc. Although the squat jumps and rock star jumps (and, hello? - rock star jumps??) at the end of L3 are not much fun.
