Went back to Level 1 today - laughably easy Startled to find that I could do 15 press-ups without much bother (though they were harder second time round!). Didn't have time to do another level afterwards but almost felt I could: just might give that a try tomorrow. And there are definitely abs now (but you'll have to take my word for it :-P)

Tut, no, you have to do 2 and 3, IM. Level 1 is too easy once you've got to a certain fitness level, go for the proper hardcore double!

I just did level 1, first time in a long time, the abs and cardio were fine but the strength actually felt quite hard, but I have hardly exercised for 3 weeks, so that's my excuse

Thank you everyone you've motivated me back to shredding. I'm alternating 30 day shred and ripped in 30. 5 days done

Excellent fonch!
I did level 2 this morning - again, no real problems, though I still hate squat thrusts with a passion.

There has to be a serious return to the land of Jillian here.
Don't think I've been here since the height of the thread's popularity -early 2012. EEEK that long ago already?
Killer Buns and Thighs - or Killer Fairycakes as I call it. I just can't bring myself to refer the arse/bum/bottom/posterior/derriere as .....buns.
Can't remember going beyond Level One on this DVD - but I might have done .... it's all so long ago.
Know I did all three levels of Shred - and seem to remember level 2 being the hated one.
Are squat thrusts half burpees Iron Mum?

Yep, just the in-and-out leg bit. I'm no big fan of burpees but 20 seconds into a squat thrust session I'm screaming to be allowed to stand up and jump for a little rest.
