I did six week six pack after the shred. I think it's about 30 mins and you do it 3 or 4 times a week and there are 3 levels. Well done for persevering and getting to level 3 Tizer

I should have expected there would be a selection. I have seen the six week six pack one. Tried it once a couple of weeks back when I was working away from home and couldnt do jumping jacks and other bouncy stuff in the BnB
30 mins @ 3 or 4 times a week sounds very manageable though, considering I've been shredding almost daily (think I've had about 3 rest days and 21 workouts since I started
Cheers .B. Feel really good for it actually. Its the only time I've stuck well to something like this. Tried Insanity before but its so tough , you get put off in the early stages. This one builds quite nicely and its only really Level 3 that has things that mirror the Insanity type reps (mountain climbers, moving press ups etc)
Down in Bristol again tonight so may have to do the 6w6p one in case the BnB owners think I'm trashing their room doing Level 3

I've been doing killer buns and thighs for a few weeks to supplement the glute exercises given to me by my physio (can't run at the moment). I really like it and I think it's helping. I've previously done 6w6p and 30 day shred - and it is good to mix them up. I found I was defaulting to 30Ds level 3 for a little too long. I like to use these when travelling as well. I may give ripped in 30 a go. The workouts tend to find your weak spots and it's good to work on them. I quite like Jillian's style too..

I'm still aching from 30DS level 3 on Monday. Think I might give a different Jillian dvd a go as, like you say MH, it's now my default and I should probably mix up my workouts more.

I've just received a brand new JM box set, with 5 new DVDs - Killer Abs, One Week Shred, Kickbox FastFix, Hard Body, and Yoga Inferno. A bit worried about doing the One Week Shred, two training sessions a day

Yep, strength workout in the morning, 39 minutes, and evening cardio 34 minutes. So in total time very doable but haven't done it yet. I did 6 week six pack a few days ago and totally had forgotten how hard it is though.

I thought so too, 30 day shred is the easiest one!
I think I might just go for all the DVDs back to back for a change of pace from the gym. Maybe:
Wed: kickbox, whole thing for 60 minutes Thu: Hardbody, one 45 minute workout Friday: Killer abs, one 30 minute workout Saturday: Yoga inferno, both sections for 60 minutes total
Then next week Monday to Saturday for the one week shred. I do need a proper kick up the arse.
I may of course just keel over by Tuesday...
