Some great running going on. I did my 8.22 to get myself on target and now my garmin is playing up - telling me "no new activities" - I flippin know I ran 8.22 miles - lol. I'll have to clock it up the good old fashioned reliable way.

I'm training for the barcelona half in Feb- will be first ever half. Really looking forward to it.

I haven't set my target to 1000 yet...I thought I'd have several as I go along, so it's set for 500 right now.
Once I get to that I was going to switch to 1000...doesn't mess anything up does it?

I don't think so, I changed mine from 500 to 700 half way through last year. You just delete your old target and reset the new.

Still no miles for me - lung infection has buggered me - haven't been in work either so not the best start to the year! Hoping that I can start in a week or so, then it's a nice simple 20 miles a week for the remaining 50 weeks. Keep the good work up, everyone! :-)

Just back from a 'Nutcracker/London' weekend so no running since Friday. In the morning I start my basic Spanish 10-week course followed by a running club session in the evening. At present I am on target but need to built up my mileage early on because of need to crack the 1000 mile target this year.
