Mick - it's customary on these threads to have a weekly list summarising how well everyone is doing, highlighting milestones and handing out champagne to people when they get to 1000.

Lists are usually themed each week.

Another 5 for me- a bit behind where I should be, but plenty of time to catch up.
Knee still a bit dodgy and getting worse:-( I really must cancel my next physio appt as I am likely to do something that carries a custodial sentence if I'm let near the damn physio who has made matters worse!

mornin,steady 8.16 this morning,I have a local 10k coming up at the end of the month then its training for the G.N.W. half at the end of Feb.Legs feel o.k. after 10k race on sunday.
