Evening Lyrics - didn’t recognise them till I googled and knew the song @HazelnutCH impressive run. I have ran large chunks of marathons solo but still support from marshals etc (furthest was mile 1 to finish) What - rest day so just lots of calf raises Why - tired between nights Last hard - Friday Last rest from running- today |
