Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

Morning!

Lyrics: Looking out a dirty old window
Down below the cars in the city go rushing by
I sit here alone and I wonder why

What: short run, long stretch

Why: Sunday routine

Good morning!

Lyrics - yes!
What - an easy paced run (already done) and not much else.
Why - legs need a rest.
Last hard - yesterday afternoon's run and weight training session.
Last easy - this morning.

Good morning :)

Lyrics: Yes :)

What: Going out for a run. I'll take it as it comes.
Why: Marathon training.
Last hard: Yesterday. Parkrun was a reasonable effort, my second run in the afternoon was a bit of an ordeal with DOMS from restarting strength training and more mud than I like.

Morning, a lovely frosty bright morning here!
7.5m with a friend, a bit slippery down the pier but beautifully still seas.
Lyrics no.
Enjoy your Sunday runs.

Hello and happy Sunday 🌞

Yes to lyrics. Do we have a theme at the moment?

I love steam trains @Derby Tup have fun

Frosty here too, @ElspethF but a tad too windy for my liking.

So a little over 5 miles done. Taking my elderly parents out on a little drive plus coffee and cake later. They don't get out much if we don't take them.

Somehow I managed a 50 mile week. All plodded of course 😊

@Derby Tup KWVR is a good place.

Training: 90 mins steady with skills practice
Why: coach said so and it’s been quite a long week.

Happy Sunday
