Looks like we're all chipping along nicely! 48 for the year for me so far, almost gives me a weeks grace Plus a 5k PB (21:09) in our club handicap this evening. I'm liking running so far this year! |

Eva, click on the little graph icon thing next to your target mileage, then on "people with the same target as you" in the header. I'll add it to the header in this thread too. |

DJ - have you deleted all your old runs off the Garmin? If not you should be able to upload them from the training home page. If you have then you can download them from Garmin connect as a GPX or TCX file. Do the following in connect 1. On the Details page, click on the Export button. 2. Select a file format. 3. Save the file to your Desktop. To get on the list you need to set your training target at 1000 miles for the year. |

dj...............First off I have an ommision to make I have managed to post in the wrong thread. I thought I was in the 100 miles every month doh they were right next to each other at the time, and I have been on this target for the previous 2 years...........apologies Anyhow you will love the Bath half (ran it on two ocassions) the course is very quick with only two small humps to not even worry about. First time I ran it I smashed my then pb by about 10 mins and had the pleasure of the front runners pass us by on their way to the finish as I was still on the first lap hahahah. Great race |
