Just read though the threads rather than working..................sounds like a good plan,Im in 1000 in 2012. Longleat 10k in Feb,Bath Half in March,Taunton Half in April. Just fingers crossed no nasty man flu inbetween!

Think thats it, going back to work after the christmas break in a struggle in itself,coupled with extra miles............will only get better as the month goes on Cornish.

Caterpillar - I don't think I would fancy running during rush hour /school run either. Sounds like a nightmare! I prefer the much earlier, quieter time, but can understand why that doesn't suit most people.

Louis , no not ran it before,entered last year but had to pull out due to a op,I was gutted. So fingers crossed for this year! Have you ran it?
6 mile run home tonight, stars were out, happy days...... Will look at my mileage for the month so far later on garmin connect.
