A warm 6 miles this morning, wind picked up again especially along the sea front, but the sun was nice. Good first week for me, 29 miles...most I have ever done!

I'm in this year.....
Last year was poo poo, and I start this year 7lbs overweight with the London Marathon to run in April...
Well at least I'm 1 mile up on this week

25 miles for my first week! Well pleased. Helped by the insanely silly fetchpoint game which has liberated me from set routes by choosing bug orienteering instead - found a number of alternative routes all within a mile of my home that i never knew about
