1 mile up so far :-) Parkrun tomorrow and a long run on Sunday to go. Then a week in Germany followed by a week ski-ing. So the mileage may suffer :-(

Perfect conditions - clear and cool - for 10 miles of (mostly) trail/forestry running this morning. Can't beat it. Saw quite a few other trail running types out and about, too.

Stinking chest infection has prevented me getting more than 5 miles done this week but hopefully getting out for a few tomorrow. Only 995 miles to go!

I'm off the mark at last. 9 miles with my friend today.
Few knee gripes, mainly caused by Mr Physio messing with it on Weds- it always takes a few days to settle properly after he has mucked me about!
