Naomi P Training run - intended to run 9 min miles for c.1'55 but my legs had different ideas. Still pretty comfortably paced, only had to push the last couple of miles. Very well organised by Watford Harriers, and an excellent alternative to Wokingham if you like hills.

Fat Jase Watford Half - Not a good race for me, my legs were heavy after the hills and really stugled over the last 3 miles. Not happy with the time. Feel like i'm going backwards.
