Lieutenant Lucerne Probably one race too many in recent weeks. It was a bit of a struggle, particularly with the strong breeze. Despite the slower than hoped for time finished 3rd MV50, so not all bad.

ktrose1981 566 calories burnt, average pace - 8.37 minute miles. Distance - 6.27 miles. Quite a hilly course, about 8 hills and two in the last mile. A nice race though and one I would do again, need to remember to save some energy for the last hill and the final sprint to the finish next time! Quite a slow start as a bit congested in the residential roads but this could be because I started too far back. Nice memento at the finish - a metal trainer ornament.
