Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

chumleywarner Fantastic race. Really well paced. Perfect weather too, 6 degrees, not blowy.
I recorded 2.20.04 but I will go with the gun time! Still delighted with that, a PB by 5 mins 30!!!

disorganized about 3 mins off PB - need to check out the course - target is equivalent of 9.5min pace on flat course, so very easy

Enaoslm Ran this race last year in 2hr43m, but really struggled towards the end and think I experienced the infamous wall. this year I'm better prepared and hope to achieve a better time!!
Didn't really have a stategy, but thought I'd see how it went and it went very well. Started around 7 min/mile and managed to maintain it. Helped running with Chris Furness of Basingstoke and Mid Hants for 1st half and then some guy called George until mile 18. Tough through last few miles but that was expected!! Very consistent running, which is good preparation for Brighton. Well marshalled course and great support from the few that were there!!

iRunSmartPhil A brilliant two looper around the countryside, with a few lung busting slopes thrown in for good measure, very enjoyable.

Mrs. Mole Fantastic, I didn't think I could run it this quickly. Legs ceased up from 17 miles onwards though, could hardly move them over the lest few miles which is reflected in my split times.
