I saw that a friend was doing the Spine starting last Sunday and just realised that I hadn't seen any updates. It hadn't occurred to me that he was still out there! And I see that he has a 1.45 good samaritan credit for helping an injured runner. Sunday seems so long ago, I'm knackered just thinking about it!
