Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

Horses for courses. I work at 2 scoops per 500 ml, and if I'm not fancying solid food I might even up that a bit otherwise I find I'm under-fuelled. Probably helps that I actually enjoy it!

I got some of the Torq single measure canisters and found them to be useful for carrying salt sticks too.

flyingfinn was that you in the green jacket? My focus right then was trying to edge into the Silver cat. Shouldn't have stopped to take photos, missed it but less than a minute. Good race though, would definitely do again.

I did it… I conquered the wall!!! Super chuffed with an official time of 20:46:01 - my gold goal was sub 23hr!

It was brutal roads are but my foot’s friend.

The scenery pics are from the wall itself the rest wasn’t as pretty & my charger died & didn’t dare use my phone.

Yes it was Badger (I forgot my highvis!). I was trying to look out for you but that junction was rather busy and I was keen to make sure no one got flattened! We had a few close calls. Oxygen deprived runners and traffic from multiple directions are not a great combination!

I'm glad you enjoyed the event. I think that is a great route, with some superb views. We've had some fantastic weather for previous events there but yesterday was probably a better temperature for running.
