I defo find it harder to run in the heat.

Last night's session also included 800m and 400m so I'll jot those times down and maybe have a crack at bettering them once a month too.

I admit I prefer cooler temps for running but we get so few hot days that I am prepared to sacrifice some minutes on my virtual mile. Haven’t done it (again) normal service will resume when I’m not endurance training (I found Millie a half pro 🤣🤣)
