alpenrose I've still got mine to do too. I was looking forward to doing it last Tuesday but it was good to see my friend instead. I won't be running it this Tuesday either as he's asked a favour from me, maybe this Thursday 🤞

After 2 hard days and feeling sore I decided on an easy one at parkrun today. Then after a good WU and being on the start and knowing I’d struggle to fit in the virtual mile I decided to see if I could do a fast first mile and then run walk it in.
Happy with 8.21 (strong tailwind, no plates, slight hold up at start)

Then walked till HR down and ran easy/ walked back.

Going on holiday so pleased to get this done. July was 8.52, so getting nearer where I was earlier this year. :)
