Hi all. Firstly, well done everyone on your efforts! I've added the third mile from my parkrun this morning as my August attempt. I'm guessing I can update it next week if I beat it? I had a quick look through and I have managed quicker time or times earlier in the year, but can't see how to add them as season's best so today's time showing as SB. Also, I can't see how to add best mile from one of my past races as my mile PB. Any advice appreciated.

If you haven't transferred your training and races across to Fetch from elsewhere GeneHunt59 I don't think you'll be able to add them but I may well be wrong about that.
You could send a message to Fetch and ask the question directly.
For past virtual miles, look them up and add to your race listing's, then add the times you want from your training.

I got out first thing this morning. Not sure I was really up for it this month but it had to be done. Somebody's chimp jumped on my shoulder and I stopped for a brief walk a couple of times and ended up only 12 seconds slower than last month.

Banish that chimp alpenrose, however, well done for your mile. 12 seconds isn't too much time and you can blame the chimp for that.

Bit of a cheat mile this month

I won’t be doing a stand alone one as focusing on long stuff but did the last mile of my commute fast

Admittedly it also has a long down but it was also my 9th mile of the day and I had a rucksack on!

11:08 so big chunk off but I don’t expect to be close to that next time!

That is very impressive, Pix. Running in this heat and with a rucksack!

I attempted my virtual mile yesterday morning. A time of 9:15 so I was well off my season's best pace. Will try again on Monday.
