Great work, FF, AR and Ness.

I'm in recovery mode after the marathon so no more attempts at the mile in this month. I'll try to improve my February time of 6:37 in May. First of all, I have to recover from the marathon.

It's not easy pacing a mile race whether it's virtual or real, be it on track, road, grass or trail. Go out too hard initially and struggle towards the end, go out too soft and regret your finish time.
