Mile one 300 ft climb 12min 08sec
Mile two 205 ft descent 7min 39sec
I'm claiming Mile two. It wasn't all downhill and I did run hard

I'm doing a 65 mile walk over next weekend, have a cataract op (right) on May 8 and second (left) May 30. I think May's attempt might have to be Wednesday or Thursday this week

9.43pm isn't late. I've done a few streaks. They've all be in winter and have featured a few post 11.30pm 'savers'
There's the infamous streakers trick of doing in effect two day's runs either side of midnight. I've never done it but was tempted a few times

One of the things I enjoyed about lock-down was going out running at night and everywhere being deserted
