I did mine last night, managed 8.01 and I scared a lady walking along the pavement (oops). Happy enough only 2 secs off my fastest last July. Well done everyone! |

I took my time from my parkrun this Saturday past. I managed to run/walk it all, apart from the first incline, which I just walked and got my fastest parkrun time since March 2020
