Nice weights Sharkie LindsD don’t be scared of iron, just do you. Some of the exercises I don’t use any weights cos body weight is enough of a challenge. And some I don’t do the full time before a longer rest. I’m really enjoying it and if I can do it after 2 years on the sofa, I know you can do it too. |

Day 50/50 of epic heat completed. Did miss the press up day. When I completed iron I was quite proud of the achievement. Completing this one I feel like every day I've been the new kid in the class failing to keep up so only managing half the exercises. 🤔☹️ Back to iron. 💪 |

Shades press ups I can manage 5 now from 1. I suppose if I look at things like that I have improved on most things so that's got to be progress. 🤔

I can deadlift well over my bodyweight ... but can't do a single nose to the ground press-up!

Going from one press up to 5 is a big improvement. I think you're being too hard on yourself re the Epic, next time round you'll have improved significantly.

I can't do press ups which I have always put down to not just poor upper body strength but being too heavy to lift (same with pull ups) and I therefore expect to be able to do them once I lose weight! Sharkie you continue to be an inspiration |
