Very poor 10K for me today, confirming for me that, for the moment, I've rather lost it. I think I overdid it with racing in May, while not fully recovered from a chest infection, and now I just can't sustain the pace and it feels pretty awful. It's a kind of overtraining syndrome without having actually overtrained. I've been here before, and am familiar with it. I think a period of downtime is in order.
