Juniors because of expected high winds and possible tree falls. lyric - hmm, possibly

Hope it won't be too bad tomorrow for your race @riggys99 . Good luck! Good luck tomorrow also for @Autumnleaves for your 10k. Oh and @lin50 should be well on her way now! A warm half-marathon sounds quite nice somehow. (if I'm not having to run it - I prefer cool conditions!) Did you not go to the physio @Derby Tup , did they say anything helpful? Enjoy the wedding @Unsafe Breadbin (I love that name by the way..). Know the feeling regarding the snow and ice - it is great when you hit tarmac and then suddenly shoot forwards though GWS @Rosehip Good you could parkrun @Velociraptor and @PeterFay Shame about the xc @Dustin . at least not cancelled due to too much mud. What: 10k - some of snow and ice (slow) and some on clear tarmac (faster). 8 x strides. X-training in the carport changing over to winter wheels ('bout time too). Why: felt about right and glad to find a snow free bit Last rest: yesterday Ongoing hard: waiting for the snow to go away again (should thaw considerably tomorrow). Lyrics: nope
