Still alive, still running, just not always on the computer when I think of ‘I should post on the forum’… I admit it’s not a new year’s resolution to improve on forum participation. I got to the goal of 1000miles for 2024 with a couple of days to spare, so today: what: 3.1M with intervals why: chasing the elusive goal of speed last hard: the fourth interval of 5 was a bit harder than the others last rest: Monday lyrics: hahaha. no. @alehouse: keep dry! @PeterFay: snow! Haven’t seen that since my last winter in the US. I love a snowy run if it’s not too windy.
