A song mentioned the other day by @Derby Tup ! What: parkpaddle d&d Why: extremely wet underfoot, but at least it was on, unlike many others. In fact I arrived at another parkrun to find it was off but fortunately there was another a mile away. And Happy New Year!

Yesterday's lyrics were, of course, from Auld Lang Syne. And we need a new theme!

What: Whinlatter Forest parkrun, for the first time in many years. Will probably run again later, or go for a walk, because it's nice out. Why: Closest available, and eL Bee! was quite keen to do it. Last hard: Today, at least as far as my legs are concerned.
