Early Chirstmas lunch out with some runners, strongly disapprove of this happening in Nov but a lot of us coming and going in next few weeks. Trying to stay warm is hard currently! And that's indoors! Must do some yoga sometime as well. Derby bad back sounds miserable, hope it's soon better!

What? 10k, felt more like 10 miles with the concentration level needed to not bail on melting snow and ice. Awful. Why? Going to a friend's wedding later. Copious amounts of food and drink will be consumed so needed to do something symbolic.

Actually had a pretty nice run with friend despite slight wind and few icy bits. 6.3 miles! Followed by a bit of yoga. Rigsy, which mara? Good luck with that! Good snow and ice running Breadbin! My run on Thurs felt like that!
