My race gives out beer, and a medal that opens it, although for those who don't drink I provide a luxury soft drink of equivalent value, which I don't mind as then there's extra beer for me.

Anyway, parkrun...?

We have a group of visitors coming to Leamington from Westport, Ireland on Saturday. We visited them in February and had a great weekend so they're returning the favour, and running in a local 10K on Sunday. We now consider ourselves to be 'twinned' with them. ;)

Are you going to cancel? ;-) (hope that doesn’t jinx things by causing travellers to arrive!)

I thought races had cracked doing shirts in womens and mens sizes from XS to XL for a while now, we have done so for at least 4 years, even had XXS womens when they were available, women were promising all sorts to get their hands on them. With the thing about "why is it always T-Shirts?" when I made the suggestion of vests a couple of years ago and mentioned it here, I was confronted by an angry mob demanding to know who runs in vests - well I do every time it is warm.

Linds, I still need to get to Marlow (my NENYD) but I'm on set-up at Dinton this week. It's on my list though. Henley has been out of action for a few weeks due to the unsafe tree which is on private land. I'd heard it was due to be fixed soon though.
