Going to Markeaton tomorrow, for my 97th parkrun. Still nowhere near PB-weight, so planning to take it easy before charging down the final stretch :-)

I thought I was Funnel Managing tomorrow but there was a mix-up and the roster has filled up without me :-) However I wasn't planning to run as I've a 10 mile race on Sunday. Might just amble round instead.

Will be wandering up the Lullingstone hill with a few signs at 8 am - peace and serenity after a week in the office. Then attempting to run back up it!

Might try the new dog out at Elgin. She is quite a runner and I could do with a tow at the moment.

First parkrun abroad done. Fælledparken in Copenhagen was friendly and very flat.

Sounds, good akie. And Linds. Not too many?

I was FunMan today and it was about as uneventful as it could get. One teenage girl threw up in the funnel, but she had got a few metres over the line and no-one behind was in a hurry to pass her and risk a vom on their shoes.
