I do need to volunteer again but tomorrow and then next week takes me to 200 so will volunteer again after that. I was saying the same to a newbee runner last week Dvorak that if everyone took a turn at least once a year (more if you wish) there would be plenty

Mrs 12bar & I are running at Hove Promenade parkrun tomorrow.

Then, on Sunday, I'm marshaling at Preston Park Junior parkrun. Hopefully, afterwards, I'll get a few miles in taking the long way home.
