We've done that before Jen. Yes it's nice, but too busy for me. Probably fine to run hard at but I jogged it and passing was a nightmare up the hill on the return.

Ah, you weren’t sailing at the time.

I did palms marathon twice and passed through the port area I think.

Pacing 30 at Town Moor this morning. Ended up pacing a guy who'd previously been told he'd never be able to run again :O He was delighted with his sub-30.

good choice on Dinton @StuH. Apologies, somehow managed to completely forget to come back in and answer your question!! Hope you enjoyed Wendover Woods too. Was there a reason you didn’t want to parkrun there?

The reality is that Mhd parkrun is just twisty, turny, on poor paths, easy to go wrong on, not quick, muddy start / finish. Can you tell I’m not a fan?!

I went to Guildford for the 1st time today. Nice crowd but the course is a bit ‘whatever’ for somewhere like Guildford. I think I expected something a bit posher 😂
