Having felt pants yesterday followed my double jags on Thursday I managed a walking PB at Witney.

I’m not sure that I’ll be able to improve on this without breaking into a trot, or starting at the front which would not be appropriate.

Bestwood Village is an absolute beaut of a parkrun 😍 undulating forest paths, small numbers, lovely friendly organisers.

@Curly45 - Wollaton is also a lovely course (and slightly less hilly)
