I started Dinton Pastures parkrun but after 200m got a sharp pain in my right calf and decided to walk, as I could do that in relative comfort. It was their short course, so 3 laps on flat gravel. It was a real shame about the calf injury, but the morning was sunny, I had a nice chat with a couple of equally slow run/walkers and my mum did her first parkrun since breaking her shoulder in April, and did her fastest time since last October. :-)

Anyone heading to Germany for the extra Parkrun?

Düsseldorf for us. Flights and hotel were pretty cheap.
