I couldn't even keep up with a 45 pacer 😢

On a different note can anyone advise on the sizings of the new milestone vests? They look quite loose under the arms but not sure it I can size down as need it round hips!

Off topic.. I got this from a friend and wondered about implications for some parkruns. Possibly none.

Thurso is going to be cancelled for maybe 6 weeks while the path around the boating pond is upgraded. Oh noes. But also yay because the path needs doing desperately and people have been working really hard to make it happen.

9th September is on... then we'll see! I hope it is just 6 weeks.

In the unlikely event that anyone reading this is planning a trip up soon... check before you travel!

It won’t be this weekend as we need a plan an overnight stay first. OH has just arrived in Golspie for a week but I couldn’t get time off to goor I might have made it.
