Volunteer & Run at Mile End tomorrow (my 50th volunteer day this year), then volunteering at Mile End juniors on Sunday.

There's a tentative plan for a bunch of us to visit Bushy next weekend (it'll be my 3rd trip there)

(Hi folks 👋 I'm new round here)

10th week in a row at my local, Broadwater in Surrey tomorrow. That's if I don't bin it off due to the temperature. Been on a tear over the summer, 8 event PBs in my last 17, starting to dream about an all time PB though I'd need to take another 70 seconds off to get there.

Hi I shall be visiting Broadwater as well late change of plan as we were going to Eastleigh however due to the heat we have decided for the OH to stay at home with dog due to the heat. Broadwater is my NENDY alas no dogs which is why my plan changed today as we normally bring the dog.

They announced recently that dogs will be permitted “soon”, but I dunno when it’ll be for certain. Hasn’t been mentioned on the Facebook group.
