I see oh well get it off the list tomorrow it will be my half Cowell (50 different parkruns). Plenty more for us to take Cairo (The dog) to. Thanks for the update and welcome to Fetch :-)

Hot hot hot at Stevenage, lots of being sensible, none of the usually rush to get a good start and no dogs. Great to see people being sensible without needing to be told

Kingston parkrun was not without incident, namely someone collapsing during the briefing at the start, recovered somewhat I believe, delayed the start, also slight change of course due to another event, a demo re Thames Water that was due to take place, one of the organisers took the opportunity to encourage parkrunners to get involved, if that wasn't enough, it was a really busy path due to Thames Path ultra :-)
