Monsal is a maybe due to lightening forecast in case anyone is in the peaks and visiting.

We're running an afternoon race so no parkrun tomorrow.

Monsal Trail have said they may not go ahead tomorrow.

"Please note that the weather forecast for tomorrow morning is not looking great! We don't mind you getting wet, but if there is a risk of lightning we cannot run.
The forecast may well change in the morning, but we will cancel the run if storms are likely between 09:00-10:00."

Jef I keep thinking about where to put a parkrun on St Marys - all I can come up with is round the garrison


HellsBells great minds !! That was about the only place I could see too BUT the environmental AND tourist disturbance would never get the go ahead I suspect.

Weather seems to be causing a number of cancellations round here. Wendover Woods still open currently so will probably head there
