Of course you can jeopardise your race Hills of Death (HOD) :-)

Off to Scotland for a bike race. Next weekend is also a bike race. Don't expect to parkrun again for a while now.

You can HoD but registration and transportation (it's point to point race) are at the time parkrun is on so that definitely doesn't work 😂

Glad to hear recovered Mrs Jigs, hope the hip wait isn't too long!

Mrs Jigs (Luverlylegs) Millhouses is a lovely event but narrow, especially at the start so make sure you don't start too far back. The cafe is decent :-)

Jingle, jingle Jef. Alvaston is a really nice one, defo good for a PB/fast one.

I've not volunteered all year as I wanted to get my 250th out of the way, but tomorrow I'm funnel managing at Rother Valley.
